It's that time of year again . . . time to put away those plastic wheat grass trays and get wild! I just had my first wild grass juice of the spring . . . amazing! :D All wild grasses are edible . . . not only are they edible, but grass is the most hypo-allergenic of all foods, which is why deer and other grazing animals can live off it.
So go somewhere away from roads and pesticides and people walking their dogs, and clip yourself some grass. Juice it . . . you'll understand what I am talking about! It's way better than wheatgrass, and you can have as much as you want, for free! I like it juiced with cucumber and apples, or with celery and pineapple. I blend up the grass, my fruit, and put it through 2 paint strainer bags. Delicious and so energizing!
