Hello everyone! I'm returning to raw and have to find new sources for raw nuts since the whole pasturization/heating thing has begun. Can you help me with good sources for nuts...especially almonds. I can buy and store in bulk...blessed with an extra refrigerator in the garage.
Thank you!

Thank you for the information!
Azure Standard (https://www.azurestandard.com) has organic, unpasteurized almonds for $7.25 a pound. I just ordered 25 pounds and the total with shipping is $157.92 or $6.32 per pound w/ shipping.
Here's what it says...
Product Information
Truly Raw Organic Almonds. 100% Organic. Grown & Raised Sustainably. Never processed, heated, radiated, pasteurized, gassed, fumigated or treated in any way.
INGREDIENTS: Raw Whole Organic Almonds (not pasteurized).
..................
I can't vouch for them yet but here are a couple of good reviews...

I bought some almond butter today, but before I eat it I wanted to ask how truly bad is it that it says raw but is probably pasteurized?

I just checked their site to see what you were talking about. The sunflowers say "We are so excited about these! All of the sunflower seeds in the stores are from China since the US crops are smaller and cost more. These are domestically-grown seeds that have not been frozen. No heat used."
Where did you get that theirs are from China?
