Well... at least i like to think of myself as "young"...i'm 22, so hopefully that counts as "young adult"...
I have been eating mostly raw foods for the past two weeks, and before that i've been vegan for several years. Raw came into my life via vegweb.com, where i saw people discissing it and got interested in the Raw recipes section. And, well, then i kept reading and reading and testing different things, and it all seems very natural for me. For me this is about health and serenity, not loss of weight or anything on the outside. When i first tried raw i ended up loosing some weight, which i did not like at all, so i jumped off the wagon.
But now i feel my vibrations are much more stable, i do not feel like i will release any weight, and i feel this is a very positive journey.
Right now i focus on just having raw things all around me: internet forums, books, fridge, in my bag.. just to be inspired! I have not gotten hold of Alissas book, but i have read as much as i've been able to online, and i love her approach. I feel no need to restrict my diet to 811, high fat, frutarian or any of that yet, i just want it raw!
I guess that's all about me.. see you around the forums!
