I have a "garden" and one of the things I'm growing is rosemary. I bought it as an already grown plant (didn't start it from seed like my other plants) and every few days, I pick a few leaves off. Now, I was originally going to use this rosemary in cooking, but since I'm trying to go more raw, I'm wondering what I can use it for without cooking it. Can you eat it in anything raw?

I don't have a dehydrator so my options are limited. Any ideas?

You can use Rosemary in RAW. You can also use it as a Taupeberry or Hedge. You can grow your own by putting the cut stems in water and waiting on them to "Sprout' roots and them planting them in the ground.

Rosemary would be good in cracker and bread recipes. I wouldn't over do it, but just enought to add the subtle flavor. You can also use it for tea.

I've used it dried, crushed in my raw jicama fries with some crushed garlic, salt and olive oil. I have even tossed in some avocado. I 'm not sure about eating it fresh, raw, I guess I haven't used enough fresh rosemary. but I LOVE it in lots of things dried.
