Cocoa nibs vs. dark chocolate & PMS

Is there a big difference? I'm asking because I know dark chocolate, for me, causes PMS and lots of hormone headaches. If I have that problem with dark chocolate, am I most likely going to experience it with cocoa nibs?

I think so, I can't handle to Caffine. I made RP's Brownies and was unable to eat them.

So raw cacao still contains caffeine?

Cos if they are, i'm soooo not gonna have any. caffeine makes me completley freaked out for hours.
