Powdered Greens

I live a very busy BUSY lifestyle and never have time to buy all my greens and make a green shake / meal.
Does powdered greens count as raw?
Any suggestions on which to use?

It does if you get RAW Green Poweder such as Vitamineral Green.

Take a little time and enjoy RAW, a lot can be done in a short time. But until your time permits, Green Powder is good.

Vitamineral Green, some brands of chlorella & spirulina.

Fresh greens are important. A pound or two of the prewashed greens can last you awhile.

You can freeze greens when you have the time so that you can make a fast smoothie when you are busy.
You would be amazed at the small amount of space it takes up when you squash it in to a plastic bag.
You can just pop the frozen greens straight in to the smoothie.
I also use vitamineral greens.
