I've found that I can get away with some really "atrocious" food combinations if the foods are blended up in a smoothie. It is like the process of blending merges a bunch of different foods into one new food that is super easy to digest. I love it!!!
(but I remember in my early days of raw making a cacao smoothie with dates in it that really upset my stomach . . . I don't think I can ever eat cacao and dates together, even blended :eek: ) So maybe it's not everything goes . . . but close to it.
