Actually on my vacation I did have 3 cups of coffee I think, but other than that, this has been a cake walk for me. Well, now it's starting to get harder, but through other's journals and a comment made to me by Sedona Sun, I have been expecting this upcoming 3rd month to give me some problems.

I've dropped a lot of weight 37.5 pounds and have been exercising my heart out. Today I'm pretty tired and taking the day off from all the exercise, but I can't help but be full of joy for all the wonderful things that have been happening to my body since going raw. Most importantly my blood sugar hasn't been over 100 since I started. Granted it wasn't too high to begin with 115, but my father died from diabetes and it was not a pretty sight. I have no intention on following him on that path.

Losing the weight (actually 51.5 pounds if you count the weight I dropped in May with a flush and my first attempt at raw) has given me so much more energy. My skin is smooth and seems to be keeping up with the loss. My eyes are improving all the time and I've lost some facial hair that was starting to really bug me. Even heavy, I have always been pretty healthy so I don't have the dramatic health results others do, but I do feel healthier, and so full of joy. I'm always in a good mood now, it drives my kids crazy. The dogs are probably sick of me singing to them (I can't sing), but I wake up happy and ready to get going and it doesn't seem to leave me all day. This is definitely the way to live.

I am so grateful to everyone here at the forum, and for Alissa who makes it happen. The support here has been instrumental in keeping me raw. As I read everyone's stories and posts it reminds me everyday of why I'm doing this. So thank you everyone and may you have a rawsome day. :D

That is so great! Wonderful job. You will do great in the future also. There are so many good recipes out there that you will never get bored of the foods you can eat. Now is the time to spread your wings and try more recipes. ;)

Congratulations Carlene! I am only three weeks behind you! I too am feeling better and doing better each week. I was fairly thin to begin with, and lost a lot of weight, but that has now stopped for the last week.
