First up - I love this stuff! I made a concoction of soaked flaxseed, blended with some filtered water and honey - then put it on a sheet in my dehydrator (those non-stick sheets) and dried it over night - it is YUMMY! THe only concern I have is that I read an article that eating too much flaxseed can be dangerous because of naturally occuring cyanide. Has anyone heard this? How much flaxseed can/do you eat in a day? If I made a bunch of this stuff, I could snack on it all day long. What are the caloric concerns in eating too much flaxseed? Should I be worried that I am eating too much and counteracting my eating for weight loss?
