I have noticed that when I brush my teeth, my gums have gotten a little more sensitive. I have been 100% raw now for a month and a half. Has anyone else experienced this? What could it be from?

a B12 deficiency can cause a sore / swollen tongue which maybe can carry over into the gums , im not sure though . and i'll also add here at 3 1/2 years raw my gums have been kind of sensitive / swollen past 6 months . and my dentist said he see's nothing wrong , so im gonna try some oil pulling in effort to try drawing out any inflamation in gums

Have seen and talked with a lot of raw foodists who have teeth and gum issues. Here is where I refer them for info.
I did this, brush with bar soap and my gums and teeth got way better and continue to do so. There is also a prepared tooth soap as well.
Oregano oil is great for this as well.

I've been more raw the past 3 (nearly 4) weeks and I've had sore gums off and on. I take breaks and eat softer or more finely chopped veggies like tabbouli salad. Celery kills my gums. BUT I don't have great dental genetics, so I'm prone to bad teeth, etc, so this is probably something I'll always have to deal with.
