First potluck and I took raw

I went to my first potluck tonight since going raw. I made the zucchini pasta and marinara sauce and the collard green wraps. I had to laugh the little kids loved the pasta and came back for second and thirds the adults tried everything and had lots of questions. I ate before I went and took fruit salad to eat while I was there. No trouble staying raw!

I've started taking raw things to the craft group I go to when we have parties (Burn's night, St Patricks Day, Easter - you name it we can have a party). Its great to see people enjoying it without knowing it is raw - I just say it is wheat free as they know I have a wheat intolerance. Im glad you had so much fun - I really like potlucks although I have only been to 3.
