I am hoping someone can help me.
I lent Alissa's book to a friend and cant get a hold of her. I need to make the potato salad recipe for a dinner. Would anyone feel up to sending me the recipe?
I would be ever so grateful.
Thank you and Blessings~ :)

I made the Alissa's potato salad the other night and I, the skeptical one loved it. You see I come from a family of potato salad professionals, could cause other people to develop low self esteem, cause their stuff is so good :D

Anyway knowing that it was a stronghold in my life, I felt that I would if I had a taste for potato, potato salad, that would be my cooked thing. However, I bought the jicima ( I know I spelled it wrong  ), and decided that was what I would do with it, since I like all the other ingredients, and dang of it wasn't reeeeeaaaal good  . Yes, the potato substitue is crispy and crunchy, but other than that - the flavor is impeccable. Am I impressed - you darn tooting. Will I eat cooked, naw, not for now, I really liked it - now my people didn't care for it, because it wasn't soft, but hey, that just have to eat a salad when I eat this ;) ;)

This one is a keeper, and be open, thinking outside the box and let your taste buds rawk and roll!
