:)
so, quick rundown...
Nov. 08. 230 lbs. full blown Omni. on paxil, seroquil, lamictal, cholesterol meds, daily Claritin.
Now! NO meds, 177 lbs. ok, i stopped the cholesterol meds on my own.
But the Doctor was PSYCHED! he asked me a TON of questions. diet, excersize, etc etc. i told him everything. he told me to KEEP it up and he is very excited to see the results of my bloodwork. i will get that done on tuesday. (i had ate today. so no blood test)
so yea im VERY excited. i went helathy choice meals, then vegetarian, now vegan, and sunday starting my full on raw lifestyle. (not diet! dont diet! adapt a lifestyle!)
ok, im tooting my horn here but i feel so good..... :)

Hey, congratulations, that's excellent! What a boost of inspiration to get results like that. From the title of the post I thought your doctor was yelling at you for exercising on a raw food diet, haha. It's nice when they're not ignorant :)

Did you mean 177 lbs??? I'm assuming that's what you meant from your signature. You can edit your post to avoid future confusion.
Congrats too! That's awesome. Success stories like this can teach the doctors a lot!

my doctor reacted much the same when i went from 300 pounds to 150 pounds in a year and my horrid results turned into stellar amazing healthy ones.
it's nice to see two doctors who are supportive of our choices. mine is totally thrilled with me and mine :)

WOW! That's wonderful! How great that your doctor is supporting your changes in lifestyle! That's the kind of doctors we need - those interested in people feeling better, not following the advice handed down by the medical companies.

We need more medical professionals being interested in health care not sick care. Way to go on all of your accomplishments. I am sure there will be many more to come when you go raw!
