8 pounds now! :D

I've been having some personal issues and haven't been eating very well so that's probably why I've lost a couple pounds. I know. I know. When I'm upset I don't eat though.

Still, glad that weight is gone!

Its ok wherever you are. You are doing great! You know, stuff happens. Its ok.
So you get back on track and eat more when you feel good. All good.

Nothing yesterday. 2 bananas today.

I have depression and anxiety and possibly bipolar. I'm going to be evaluated for bipolar in June. I have an appointment with a psychiatrist. It sucks. But I'm hopeful.

I am also on a great path- I ve lost 5 kg in 13 days (around 11 pounds) :D
