View Full Version : Wheat Grass - Optimal dose/timing?

Hey y'all!

Trying to get the most good out of my wheat grass here. Hit a wall with the production side of it. Loads of new grass will be ready next week - probably late next week, but very little is available now. I've been wanting to go from 1-2 oz 1/day to 2/day, but now rather than upping the dosage, I have to cut down temporarily due to very-very slow growing wheat grass. I'm tweaking my farming, but in the meantime:

WWYD?

Would you take a lower dose everyday - say maybe 3/4 of an ounce as opposed to the usually 1.5,

Or would you do the usual, skipping days here and there to keep enough for tomorrow?

I've been struggling through tough times, not benefitting yet from 100% raw, have a lack of energy, vitality, etc. This improved with the daily wheat grass shot. What technique would be best health wise?

i'd drink less rather than skipping myself. there are sooooooooooooooooo many benefits to wheatgrass. i would simply supplement with some chlorella tablets and spirulina tablets - :)

Well - I only managed a 1/2 oz this morning! I got 2 more mini-harvests before I need the new crop up and ready, lol!


Not much hope - I have very slow growing wheat grass - old seeds as I've gone in and out of it, will be glad to get a new batch next month!

I'll at least have something everyday - that seems best as you say Aleesha. I'll steal the tips of the new crop until it starts in earnest.

After my 1/2 oz - I was actually craving more! My body is starting to tune in to it and realized it got shorted today, lol!

Maybe soon I'll ever start enjoying it, :eek:

We're so healthy - we don't care how much it makes us cringe!
