HW = highest weight, meaning what was the highest weight you've been. Mine is 200, I'm not that now though. :D

You are doing well, keep up the good work.

thanks ya'll. i am in the 4th and "final" week of a 4 week vegan challange. it was really easy! i actually have been adding in green smoothies and raw meals. this sunday i am going to go for it all. raw. i have NO food dehydrator, no juicer, and a OLD Oster Blender. but i have a good knife and cutting board and tupperware to precut foods and make it more effeciant to eat raw.
and, my blender works fine for now until i can get a Vitamix or the "other" brand that i wont mention here.
I will post on sunday in the challenge thread and let you guys know how its going!
