What are the lowest calorie and fat seeds and nuts?

I believe that chestnuts and cashews have the lowest fat of the nuts.

i think sunflower seeds are the lowest. you can sprout them to make them easier to digest and taste better, too.

you could get by on not eating nuts at all though.
