On Sat, May 2nd of this year, Arnolds Way will be creating a happening of major proportion! This whole day event will be held at LANSDALE PERFORMANCE ARTS CENTER and will focus on learning why eating right is so important and why not only the way we THINK, but the way we ACT to ourselves and the world is so crucial!
SPEAKERS! Lectures on weight loss & natural healing!
FOOD PREP with FAMOUS CHEFS! The Culinary Advisor to Dr. OZ from Oprah! Raw Chef from Julianos! Raw Chef from Pure Food & Wine!
MUSIC! Belly dancing, Rock n roll, Opera, DJ Shamrock!
FUN! Sweet Potato the Clown, Drumming, Improv Music!
FITNESS! Yoga, Fitness Demos, Massage
