I had a big red, juicy, delicious, organic, ripe tomato for breakfast. As I was eating it, the thought popped into my mind...."wow I have come a long way!!!!!! This tomato tastes better than anything I've ever had for breakfast in this moment." "I am really feeling this tomato in my very soul and I feel GREAT". It was profound. I don't even need to insert descriptions of what I used to eat for breakfast before becoming a raw foodist, you can use your imagination. haha. And I certainly didn't have any soulful epiphanies while I was chugging it down. :D This small act of eating a tomato for breakfast has changed my life in massive proportions. It's an ongoing process and I just feel in awe today and wanted to share.

Please feel free to share your own experiences of reaching your own Aha moments being Raw. How inspiring it will be for us all to read. Thank you!

Have a beautiful day!

I had a similar tomato experience. I ate a beautiful green heirloom tomato like an apple. I was so fascinated by the color, texture and not to mention the taste. I never really cared for tomatoes much when I was cooked, they always gave my reflux issues... but I soon learned that RAW ones don't. Another moment I had was right after I skipped breakfast one day. I had indulged a bit the night before and felt full in the morning. I decided to skip breakfast and just drink a ton of water until my lunch break at 11:00. I was amazed at how much better I felt. I was also thrilled that I was learning to listen to my body. I still have some work to do, but it is amazing how much more in tune I am these days.

Tangerine, I was the same way....never really a tomato person when I was eating cooked vegan. It was a very interesting experiencing eating the tomato the other day.
