Alissa has a recipe in her book for chocolate chip cookies that look like the real thing. I have not tried them yet, but they are next on my experiment day. Is it the chocolate you are craving?

If it is sweets (chocolate) that you are craving, Alissa's Fudge Balls have been continually saving me from SAD treats! Simple and easy to make, I keep some in the freezer (or fridge) at all times.

For "sweet" cravings try Alissa's Fudge balls? I also find that if I eat enough fruit during the day then those cravings are non existant. Have no suggestions though for the 'savoury' cravings.

1 cup unsoaked walnuts
1/2 cup cocount water
1/2 cup dates
2 tablespoons carob ( I use cocoa)

mix in food processor, blob onto a tray and freeze tilld hard- chocolate on hand now. I keep my in the freezer but depends on how hard your freeer turns it - also makes a great pudding if just in the fridge

ENJOY!!
