Within! I'm not exaggerating either, lately I have so much energy, I've been walking 3 + miles a day and sleeping much better.

The past few days I've noticed (not sure how to describe it but here goes) a sensation... sort of feels like quick surges of energy internally and then tingling. :o Gosh, it sounds strange when I write it out. LOL

Any thoughts?

OK, I want that! Seems to me you're in touch with your own energy field/source energy/inner being. That's huge. That rocks.

What have you been doing differently lately (to get so much energy and sleep so well and get all tingly inside) so I can do it, too? :D

Woohoo! I knew it wasn't anything to worry about but I just didn't know exactly what was going on. It's so very very cool.

HolyGuac, things are changing for me on many levels but what is really helping me daily is the past few weeks I've been reading about and practicing yoga. And I have no idea why. LOL

I was at the library looking for another kind of book, it's a small library and the aisles are tiny, and I kept getting poked by a book behind me. I'd move a bit and it would poke at me again. Sounds like a story but I'm serious! Turning around I saw what it was and pushed it onto the shelf more.

I located the book I was there for (reflexology) and started to walk away and the yoga book flew off the shelf and landed on the floor. Someone in the next aisle must have bumped the shelf or something. Well... I just felt I had to take it along since it was doing its part in trying to be noticed. LOL

Oops, sorry for the long post.

Haha, I get that!

I also 'suffer' from bouts of extreme happiness! That's why I overuse the exclamation mark!

I love that feeling. It's like you can feel every cell in your body buzzing. I only get that when I eat 100% raw for a few days in a row. It's a wonderful motivator to keep on track.
