Hi Everybody,

My name is Oneida ( Pronounced O Ne Da).Married and a stay at home mom of 4. Son 26, in the Navy, Son 20 lives away from home, Daughter 12, Vegan,Homeschool and a Son 7, Homeschool. Our Daughter has been Vegan for 2 years now and she has taught us so much. We are moving toward the Vegan/Raw life style.

I found this site while I was looking for information on Kefir. I am really glad to be here. I look forward to learning my way around this site and the Raw Food World.

Our daughter is a Vegan and she has opened my eyes to a lot of things and then I started hearing about Green Smoothies, so I tried them,loved them, then with the Green Smoothies I heard about Sprouting, tired them,loved them and then I heard about Raw food, sure I have always eaten some raw foods but now I am learning more.
