Anyone ever make something like this? I've tried eating sprouted quinoa alone and it wasn't super tasty, so I'm looking for ways to enjoy it. Thanks!

i think the quinoa will be hard as a rock, like uncooked pasta, when you dehydrate it. i made scones once in my dehydrator though after i put sprouted quinoa through my juicer with the homogenizing plate. and they were pretty tasty. have never managed to repeat the recipe thoguh:(

I'm not crazy about it either. I would just try a small batch and see what happens.

I like "taboulleh" with sprouted quinoa when tomatoes and cucumbers are in season. I think I first got the recipe from Raw Food Real World if I remember correctly.
