I Promise To Love Myself:

-If I am 100% Raw, 50% Raw or 0% Raw. I will not allow myself to be ruled any longer by what percentages of Raw I consume on a daily basis. My goal is to be 100% Raw, and I know I will get there someday, but will not knock myself if I "fail" on the way to reaching this goal.

-If the scale is tipping 200 lbs again after losing a bunch of weight (once again) and putting it ALL back on, once again. I am not a number on a scale. I will try to live a healthly life in mind, body and spirit. The rest I let go of. I was not put on this earth to obsess over my weight. God has sooooo many more important things for me to do in this lifetime.

-I will love myself in spite of any appearance of LACK, FEAR AND UNWORTHINESS!!!!!! I am a precious child of God and I will not condemn myself not one day longer for not being "perfect," but in fact love the unique contribution that I am!!!!!!!!

It took me a long time to get to this place CG. Just got so tired of the self loathing and putting myself down. As women, we do that alot and on this day I said NO MORE. I will see myself as God sees me WHOLE, PERFECT AND COMPLETE!!!! Ironically, it was when I decided to love myself in spite of everything that I was able to do 100% Raw. So, you see, it is exactly as you said. I gave myself the freedom to do whatever and it turned out to be the best thing I could have done.

I have enjoyed your posts and they have helped alot of people on this board.
