juice fasting exp

I was wondering what are some of your favorite vegetable juices. Also I was curious about any of you who have done a juice fast... how much and what kind of juice did you consume and for how long?

I think this will be moved to the juicing thread, but here goes - mixed veggies, and orange with cuke cause I am a diabetic, 30 days, 64 ozx3 per day, and water.

also what do some of you do with whats left over. I have a cheap juicer so the remains are still damp like juice is still left in them and feels wasteful to throw it out. and did you do all your days juicing at once or just juice and clean the juicer every time you wanted some juice?

I toss the pulp. I mean, what can be left of watermelon after juicing? lol

Yes, cleaned the juicer every time. It's quite simple. No excess bacteria, no ants (or uncles).

haha well ya i would clean the juicer after i use it every time. i meant if you tend to drink alot of juice you would be using and cleaning the juicer possibly every 3 hours... so i thought maybe some would do all the juicing at once for that day or for the first half of that day.

also how did those of you do who have to work a job and juice fasting at the same time? what if your job is hard manual labor...would juice fasting be discouraged until this type of work could be refrained from?
