Making your own garlic bread is very simple. You will be surprised. All you need to do is cut off the tip of some garlic and rub it on what ever bread you have made. The rough texture of the bread kind of grates the garlic and gets the fresh juices on your bread. The more you rub the more garlic taste you will get. I like mine really garlic-y so I only rubbed for 5 seconds and that did the trick. My bread was a little soft so the rubbing did not break the bread apart. My husband gets annoyed when I have the whole house smelling like garlic or onion because I am dehydrating something. So I have to come up with ways that will not aggravate his nose! You can do the same thing with some onions if you want onion bread but have a sensitive nose living in your house.
For garlic butter, I put 1 chopped garlic clove with a teaspoon of refined coconut butter. The refined coconut butter does not have a coconut smell or taste. I let it sit for a minute to infuse the garlic in the oil and then I spread it on the bread. It was oily but darn good!
For garlic cheese bread use a cheese recipe and throw some garlic cloves in it and spread it on some bread.
