Bowel Movements Whilst Fasting

How often should I be getting them? As of right now, it's pretty much very little solid and mostly liquid.

Would you all recommend or discourage coffee enema's during my fast? I'm doing a water fast right now.

I would encourage enema. They help you expel faster and bring other subject to the forefront.

I encourage you to read read and read some more. This is a very personal question and no one can make it for you. We have some long threads here on this very subject.

AND... there is no "how much you should poop during a fast"... every body is different and every fast is different.

Ah, screw it. I'm going to try it for a week and see how I feel. If I feel good - continue. If not - stop.

Would eating chia seeds while water fasting be ok to get the poop out? lol

It wouldn't be a fast then... cause your body would have to start up digestion to digest those seeds.
