Question about pasteurized nuts...

Does anyone know if any other nuts must be pasteurized by law, or is it just almonds?

I feel incredibly sad about the almonds, and I am worried about spending money on other nuts which may or may not be raw.

I knew about the cashews, also, I should have mentioned that. Nowhere to grow my own, sigh, not yet. Maybe one day...

theres plenty of places to get unpasteurized almonds and other nuts. but really its on a per case basis. majority of companies put raw even when theyre not for all nuts. u gotta ask then their process. cashews and peanuts are the other 2 hardly ever raw.
