Papaya, banana, strawberry pie - help please

I have this idea to mix in my food processor papaya, bananas and strawberries to make a pie. Anybody know if this will mix well? Will it get brown right away? Do i need to add lemon or lime to keep it fresh/?? Will it be good if i freeze it? Any suggestions? It sounds really yummy.

I made banana paypaya pudding and it was only good for 24 hours and then the bananas in it made it go all runny kinda like bananas mixed in jello or fruit salad start going bad
