Has anyone done one or both & could you compare the two? I'm hoping to attempt my 1st detox/fast in hopes that it will open the door to healthier eating.... the MC seems too extreme for me... 21 days seems killer too but I'm going to give it a shot.

@2fat2fast- From my limited knowledge, 21 in 21 sound very much like a juice feast, plus some powder...I ve done juice feasts, juice fasts and MC...
I would soooo recommend a juice feast- you have more control over it, you can make juices that you want, meaning you can taste what you want- sweet, salty, various combinations...MC liquid is ALWAYS the same, no excaping it!

hmmmm the master cleanse will be cheaper and easier in my opinion.
the simpler it is, i believe the more effective the cleanse is.
juice fasting/feasting, water fasting are all great too.
and of course just eating raw foods. :)
21 lbs in 21 days seems to stay locked into the diet mentality vs. focusing on health and the cleansing/healing that is taking place. It really depends on your individual body type, water content, muscle mass, fat stores in terms of determining what the actual "weight" you're dropping consists of. It's not really important to lose 21 lbs, it's more important to release whatever your body is ready to let go of. Be it toxic fat stores, dead cells, cleansing the colon, healing the organs and the overall digestive system.
I only glanced at the website, but I didn't see any information distinguishing between weight loss and health attainment.
The name of the game for me is:
Healing
Cleansing
Rebuilding
Rejuvenation
Optimal Health
Becoming Alkaline
Much peace.
