View Full Version : Bad Breath...
I have it. This is the beginning of day 5. Everything else is wonderful so far.
I feel great but my daughter tells me I have dragon breath....and I am not constipated.
Brushing teeth is not helping and I don't want to chew gum.

That is all the nasty stuff coming out. Try chewing some parsley throughout the day(freshens breath), and avoid eating onions for a day to see if that helps (onions give me yuck-mouth the next day, especially blended). Drink at least 1/2 your body weight in water to help the toxins flush out & try to sweat a bit (however you want to do that, LOL).
Take care,
Michele

You can also get a tongue scraper and scrape the gunk off your tongue a couple of times a day. You can get them cheap for a $1, anywhere up to $10 or so.

Editing myself - (Your weight in pounds divided by 2) x ounces of water is your need. I learned that from the water cure folks & it really helps.

When my breath is less than fresh I take a couple of drops of oregano oil. Its antiviral and antibacterial and it tastes really fresh.

Scrape your tongue! (or at least brush it really hard if you don't have a tongue scraper.)
Thank you all for the suggestions. It is worse today. I will keep working at it.

some people find celery or celery juice to help a lot with their breath...
