Even though I have not been trying to lose weight since going raw (I've been more focused on weight training and getting toned) , it is happening to me. Now for two weeks straight, I was around 75% raw and stayed at 115 lbs. Then I went to 100% for a week and lost 4 lbs within a week...and then after another week of being at 100% raw, I lost another lb...so yes, it might take time for the weight to come off, but don't lose heart, and don't give up! It WILL happen! I don't really need to lose any more weight (in my opinion) but it is happening without me really trying or doing anything, and I'm not focusing on it, either (though I do get on the scale once a week just to see where I am, but I don't obsess over the numbers anymore the way I used to, either) And I would also make the suggestion of changing your focus from the numbers on the scale to how healthy you are getting and how much good you are really doing your body. And focus also on how much better and healthier you feel as well!
RAW...it does a body good.

It's pretty basic and simple. I try not to do anything too complex. It's usually a variety of fruit throughout the day (bananas, berries, mangoes, cantaloupe, etc) and then in the evening, I'll usually sit down and eat a HUGE salad consisting of a variety of greens and other colored veggies (lettuce, cabbage, spinach, celery, cucumbers, green peppers, red peppers, onions, carrots, etc) with about 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil thrown on top. And about 4x a week, I'll make my own guacamole - but simplified - consisting of an avocado and onions mixed together, and then I'll dip cucumber slices in it. I was eating nuts relentlessly for awhile but have slowed down on them - not because I'm afraid I'll gain weight but my body no longer needs as many as I used to eat, so now, I just eat a handful of raw/unsalted nuts per day (brazil nuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc) And then I drink 64 oz of water every day as well (on weight training days, I might drink around 100 oz) And I do a one day fast per week as well just to keep the system clean. I hope this answers your question...even though I like things simplified and basic, I am making the spicy fries tonight so I can try them tomorrow.

How wonderful!!
Another example of the vast difference between "mostly" raw and 100% raw.
Alissa does know what she's talking about after all. :D
