I've been playing in my Raw Kitchen lately and created these desserts.

Strawberry Pie:

It's good and learned to do things a bit different. I made the crust and dehydrated it instead of putting it in the fridge to see how that would turn out. It is good but, I didn't know how to curve it and so, I cracked when putting it in the pie pan. Next time I put it in the fridge so, it keeps its moistness. However, I made a sauce and that did soften the underneath crust.
