thanks for all the support and info. I feel better today,I will start to exersize no matter what,and I will pray and be patient. I do love raw food I made alissa's lasangia and it was amazing.

my average day looks like this a fresh fruit a green smoothie, a salad with 1/2
an avo ,a raw dessert, I have been drinking about 2 flax shakes with 1/2 a banana and a scoop of hemp protien, and again a salad with avo and beet raw corn and carrot.

Is there a place here where I can see what other people are eating?
seems like I eat alot more than Alissa and the people in her book.

I have a very hectic job I actually am a chef in a conventional vegetarian kitchen (this is very interesting now that I am raw) and I have a very energetic 3 year old and cant imagine life without caffienne.I have cut back but I want to stop.well thanks again everyone!

People journal what they eat each day. Just check out the journals. I always post what I eat. And there is a link below my name.
