Hi All: I am having a private raw food uncooking lesson at my house today. A gentleman that goes to my church teaches classes, but not enough people signed up, so I thought I'd take a private lesson. I plan to get my Associate Chef training from Living Life Institute this Summer which is a month-long course, but wanted to take a couple of classes with this man because he has been teaching classes for a long time.

I woke up in the middle of the night about a month ago and a voice spoke to me and said, "I want you to do this work." I find nothing more enjoyable than making Raw foods and teaching others about it. I don't know where this will take me, but I read before that a great career path is something that you woud do for free. THAT IS RAW AND IT IS SO TOTALLY ME.

On the menu:

Sparkling Ginger Beer
Sweet & Sour Cole Slaw
Unfried Rice
Creamed Spinach
Apple/Strawberry Pie.

The good thing about a private lesson is you get to keep all the food for yourself, so I don't have to worry about uncooking for the next week.

Wish me luck!!!

I invited over a friend so we can eat and decided to take a picture first to share. Thank you all for your well wishes.
