Mayhaw Berries

Can anyone tell me what to do with these berries. I don't eat jelly anymore so...... I was thinking smoothie but I dunno :confused:

I would like to know what kind of Berries they are, I have never heard of them. Berries are always Good in Smoothies. You can make Jelly by adding Agave and Blending. You can Freeze Berries and use them as a Summer Snack, popping them in your Mouth.

These are berries grown in the south primarily in wetland regions. Thanks. Try a google search for more info. I never thought about a healthy jelly alternative:p
