Nut replacement

Please help! My husband is DEATHLY allergic to nuts and I cannot have any in the house (which means no meals or recipes with nuts). Can you please recommend a substitute for almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc... I've tried sunflower seeds but is there anything else?
