I just got into chia pudding thanks to a recent post. I had tons of chia seeds that were unused that I didn't know what to do with. Yesterday I made a chocolate chia pudding with walnuts, water, cacao and agave blended and then added chia seeds. Today I made a raspberry one that's almsot done setting.

2 cups total of water, rasberries (I used frozen), agave, pinh of salt

Blend until smooth

Add 6 tbsp chia seeds and mix every 5 minutes or so for 15 minutes or more.

raweater, do the chia seeds get soft enough that you don't notice them? I have a bag I need to use too. This sounds good but seeds in pudding kind of puts me off.

They don't, but they don't bother me either, maybe try making just a cup and see if you mind them. For the raspberry flavor it's as if it was simply the raspberry seeds still there (although my Blendtec pulverizes them in the blend before adding the chia seeds).

By the way these chia puddings are really filling with very few calories, they will be great as I'm trying to cut down to 160 lbs temporarely as I did gain a small bit of fat with the 40 lbs I gained (I don't have a belly but don't have a six pack either lol), once my fat is back down to a low level I'll go back to gaining weight again.
