This is sort of a "recommitment" for me. I once lost 150 pounds in 10 months eating mostly raw fruit. Then I fell off the wagon big time and haven't been on it for about 10 years. Now, I need to lose 73 pounds to get back to my previous weight and then another 40 to look fabulous I'm just focusing on the first goal first. I doubt very much it will come off as quickly this time, being that I'm 30 and not 20, but I'm hoping I'm still young enough to lose quickly. This time, I will also be eating more vegetables, though I will probably always be a fan of fruits.
I'm just looking for some support and encouragement in my goal. Good to meet all of you.

Hi Renee,best to you in this. For me, I focus on eating yummy live foods and the weight will take care of itself.Yipeeeee.

and speaking of fruit , im on a juice fast right now and can say that
im finding good strawberries / pineapples / oranges
at my stores so if youve not been into
produce shopping alot lately maybe wanta try them

Congratulations on your "recommitment". It's amazing how easy it is to lose weight on raw foods without going hungry.
