for some reason i have a big desire to eat snacks at night.
to make sure i dont over do the nuts and seeds i devised this savory snack that keeps me feeling good.
get any bag or quanity of raw veg that you like.... i like to buy cauliflower.
and break off into medium pieces. then i put it into the food processor and pulse down to the size of popped pop corn.
i tip the veg into a bowl and then add my favourite seasonings. i have a bacon flavored seasoning that works GREAT ! yes i know its not raw but as a former bacon eater..... this gives me the taste and thats thats what i am looking for. and its bite sized like popcorn.
so... it works good for me.
i cant say that i am 100% raw because i like hot coffee and will drink a beer or a whisky from time to time. and i do like my seasonings LOL
but when it comes to the food..... now THATS always raw.
anyway... just my 2 cents for high raw people that like snacks.
