Anyone that misses stir fry's and yummy teriyaki sauce will love this recipe.
I loved the pineapple and the ginger!

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

1/2 cup cubed pineapple
1/4 cup raw sesame oil
1/4 cup sliced red onion
3 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons evaporated cane juice
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Pince of black pepper
pinch of cayenne

Transfer to a 1-quart glass jar and dehydrate uncovered at 115 degrees for at least 2 hours, or until thick. Alternatively, serve the sauce immediately (it will be thinner if it is not dehydrated.

I put my soaked veggies in the dehydrator for a few hours, but the sauce became really thick and intense. So next time i think i'll dehydrate the veggies with no sauce and pour the sauce on later. :)

Thanks for posting. I'd highly recommend replacing the cooked sugar with honey, agave or dates. Cooked sugar is proven to be more dangerous than smoking and likely more than cancels out the benefits you'd get from the other raw ingredients.

Oh Sorry, when i made mine I just added agave instead. I have no idea where you'd even get cane sugar and forgot to mention i did not use it. :) I always use agave.
