View Full Version : Hello Raw Food Talk People

I'm new to raw and having a bit of trouble with massive headaches and throwing up; missing work...so that's not good. I got a few books to get me started but they don't have a plan to follow and I don't think I'm getting enough calories. When I get sick I've been eating cooked food to re-regulate my body, so I'm caught up in somewhat of a catch 22.

I found Alissa's book and DVD and they should be here sometime next week, so that's how I got here. I always go back to trying to figure out the best raw food eating plan for me; so I'm not giving up yet as it has only been a month. I'm look forward to sharing my success with you and getting to know all of you in the process.

Welcome :) There is no special plan required: just eat lots of greens and enjoy the benefits of raw.Get well soon! Eva x

Linda, I think Alissa's book and DVD will help answer your questions and you'll for more confident in your raw food choices.

Alissa's book will help you! Another goodie is Raw Food: Life Force Energy by Natalia Rose, she has a 21 day program in there to get you started.....but I think Alissa's might have a 30 day program as well.... :)
