Hello there,
I've been raw before, only for a maximum of 3 months, but I felt amazing. After struggling with bulimia for about 2 years, I'm trying to get back to that place.
Quick info: I'm a freshman in college. I don't have a lot of fridge space and I don't have a blender.
I'm going grocery shopping at Whole Foods tomorrow, what should I buy?
:) thanks in advance!

I'd personally go for fruit. Sweet and non-sweet, such as grapes, apples, tomatoes, cucumbers, bananas, maybe some dark green leafy salad greens, and make a hearty salad, and have lots of fruit to eat (it travels well).
You might also pick up some raw nuts and seeds, and throw them in your salad.
Enjoy! :)

dont know prices at whole foods because ive only been there once and found i could beat there prices so havent returned . but without taking prices into account , but rather focusing on the no blender / little fridge space factors here goes :
- bananas
- walnuts / almonds
- raisins
- romaine / avacado / tomato as salad essentials
- extra virgin olive oil + raw apple cider vinegar for dressing (plus seasonings)
- oranges
- sesame seeds sprinkled on a salad hearty it up
- a dark green such as kale / spinach / dandelion or brocoli to add to salads

Whatever I bought, I would do the Prep. work and store it in Plastic Bags. This would minimize the space that you are using and everyone at a glance would know that it is yours.
You can buy a Cheap Blender at Target. Yes I would keep the Nuts, Raisins, dehydrated foods tucked away somewhere, they are a great snack and don't take any Fridge room.
