So, I have seen a bunch of threads on seaweed noodles, but I'm still unsure about them. Are all of them raw? Everyone talks about sea tangle, but I found this in my health food store:

I tried going to the website, but it just doesn't work or won't open in my computer.
Does anyone knows about this?
In all honesty, I had them last week without really knowing if they are raw or not. I tried them with pesto (amazing) and with marinara sauce (not as amazing)
