My first Raw Pizza !!

I eat pretty simply during the work week. I just got a new Excalibur Dehydrator (5 tray w/timer), so I am just starting to experiment. I made the middle dough recipe from Alissa's book last night and stuck it in the fridge for today. I hope it works alright that way...we'll see. I loaded them up and my dinner cooking is done for the day! Pictures here__

Oh, I didn't realize one was supposed to dehydrate everything all at once! I just made sprouted buckwheat pizza mini-crusts separately, thinking I could do the toppings later - is that still OK? In the meantime, I've got the mini-crusts in the freezer waiting to be used.

I'm guessing it's Ok to do the crusts ahead of time. I'm interested to see
how yours work out of the freezer. I would like to do a few ahead and freeze them for convenience.
