I've been lurking for a few weeks, and just registered. I',m a 6' 5" 330 lb. ?? Male. I was given Alissa's book, and have started eating raw on March 1. I have cheated a couple of times after the first week when my son came home for spring break, but other than that I've been pretty faithful. I don't have a scale, but I'm hoping to drop 100 lbs this year. I think I have lost over 10 so far...my chore today is to put a second new hole in my belt, so I must be doing something right.





The most expensive part of this diet is buying smaller clothes.....
