MY BABY IS COMING (that being a vita-mix)

ohhray! I took the risk made the purchace and now I have to wait. Which I cant do. ooo so many things I will be able to make I cant wait. I decided to get a vita mix first instead of a juicer. what is your opinions on that.
I just think that making juice is more expensive and time consuming. I rather just go to earth fare and get them to make me a huge cup there, probably doesnt cost that much more. Really to get one cup of juice you have to use like 4 apples 2 beets and like a head of kale. For all that it cost about 4$ and a drink at earth fare cost 4$ plus I dont have to clean up. Anyway I much prefer very green smoothies to juices.

you will love it if your fave is smoothies!!! or MANY other things!!! its so fast and super thorough. the only thing i dont care for is that it is noisy and i get up really early and its too noisy to use while the rest of the house is still asleep.

i *personally* couldnt live w/o my juicer. i use it every single day. but yes---i was sad that it takes so many oranges (etc) to make one tall glass of OJ! it does indeed make it about $3 or $4 a glass!!! : ( but i am hooked....

I had my VitaMix long before I had a juicer!
I would say that the VM is much more utilized by me for raw food.
I do love making juice, but it's an extra.

Oooh thanks for all the comments. Another raw foodist that I know says I should have gotten a juicer, but They are so MESSY. And juice cost so much.
I am a smoothie girl and soup girl and I have been dieing for some nut milk.
Only one unfortunate thing I wont be able to make smoothies for breakfest, because nobody is up yet and that would just be cruel.

good choice w the vitamix! juicers, or at least mine, does not get used as often because of the anticipation of cleaning it!

Sad to say, since I had Baby Vitamix, Baby Juicer has been sorely neglected. Baby Vitamix gets attention several days a week now, where Baby Juice maybe once every couple of months or so.

I think Baby Juicer shows her resentment and rebels by being so much of a mess to clean (at least compared to Baby Vitamix). I guess I really should get her into counseling.
