Has anyone tried Core Rhythms?

If so, do you like it! Does it give the results they say it does! I've heard good and bad about it! I was thinking of ordering it, but I wanted to make sure it's a good product first! No I have never tried it. There's always a new dvd to buy. I think I have bought all the exercise equipment out there. If you are going to Exercise, you for sure should IN JOY it.............

hahahhahaa..tooo funny. One can have a whole lotta products and exercise vicariously by looking at them. I love it... IN JOY.

i have it. it's a little too "step here do this" for me... i like a more 'open and free' workout myself.

but i have two girlfriends who did it daily for 6 months and enjoyed it.
