i love wraps. I love the feeling of biting into a burrito type thing. I am not big on big preparations of meals. i never make anything more elaborate then a salad. i'm pretty lazy and simple with my cuisine. I love the feeling of taking a huge bite out of something and having all kinds of different ingredients in my mouth at once, and then chewing a whole big mouthful. =)

here are some great photos of some raw vegan collard wrap burrito thingies.

you guys should totally make some! they are the best! my favorite.

i am imagining a beautiful wrap right now...

mixed baby greens, alfalfa sprouts, tomatoes, mango, celery, cabbage carrots beats very thinly sliced in tiny pieces like with a peeler (coleslaw styles), a drop of lime, mooshed avocado wrapped in some big fatty collard greens. =)

i am not a huge huge beat fan, i just like to add a little bit of beats to things because i love it when the juice leaches out after you mix everything, and all the red juice bleeds all over everything and adds this beautiful color. =)

Wraps are RAWonderful ,Simple and nothing new to this Forum. You can use any Large Leaf, Kale, Collard, Spinish, Lettuce etc. You can also use other wraps to wrap, such as Eggplant and Italian squash anything that will go around your food to hold it together. Thanks for Sharing your Lovely Photos.

what the world needs now is a raw polish style stuffed cabbage recipe / golomki wrap

maybe tomato / walnut to replace critter / onion / maybe mushroom /
garlic / seasonings / but what to replace rice ??????????? - maybe cauliflower ?????? maybe a sprouted grain ? or another sprout ?

ps - yes i had to look up the spelling of golomki ;)

in some sushi recipes people replace rice with the collie or jicama or parsnips shredded very thin.

i once had raw dolmades with sprouted wild rice.

Hey, I'm a huge fan of "green burritos"! Just have some collards on hand, and you can throw just about any tasty compatible raw combo in there you want. Possibilities are endless! Great way to use up odds and ends, like dressings and pates, and those last bits of veggies before you have to go out shopping for food again. Large romaine leaves work too...
