Menstruation?

Hey anyone here (women) have experience with losing menstrual period or other symptoms/improve/pms/worsen?
I've read before that menstruation ends even at a child bearing age??

Still have my monthly, I have less cramps, still have pms. Hoping the longer I'm raw the better it will get.

I've heard that too, don't know why they would lie...they say they still ovulate though...?

For me, I have noticed a Definite improvement on PMS'ish symptoms, cramping, ovarian cysts/pain, and also duration and quantity of flow.

Ever since I started my period (age 13), they have been HORRIBLE!!! I used to take very strong pain meds and even they didn't help much.

Since I've been raw now for over 5 years, they have gotten better...but very slowly. In March, I had a period with no cramps at all. That was the very first time that has happened. I was so happy!!!

What I"m learning with raw food is that your body will heal any ailments, but it is a SLOW process. :)

aaahh....one more hopeful benefit of being raw i hope & pray....
maca may help with period issues (cramps, etc).
i am praying that for me menopause is around the corner & maybe raw will hurry that along!

raw will likely up your fertility a few years or so!

I haven't had one since going raw, but since my gallbladder removal mine have been skipping. Hopefully raw will help sort it out a bit.
